Loft is a good project in FD, and the builder is also trustworthy. In fact, I read this in the newspaper recently that during July to September quarter, 12K homes were sold while an additional 14K units are ready for sale. And the market is already being dominated by West Hyderabad. So I think you can go ahead with it.

Booked the flat in ASBL LOFT, very happy to be the part of ASBL family. Attended the boomi poojan and was very happy to see the CEO Ajitesh Korupolu was so interactive with people. Vamsi from sales team was so supportive and interactive. Best parts of project are
1) Its near ORR and if u r buying east facing flats u will get ORR view.
2) They are offering no pre-emi option.
3)Its near to financial district so all the major companies are around this area.

It is a good project,
sales team is very good and offering great insights
Project location is very good for commute,
Extended living balconies offer a different lifestyle than any other builder.

I have booked perfect fit for family.
Attended the last ROTC, CEO interacts directly with customers, transparent nature is appreciated.
Location is really good . The pricing before launch is 8449₹
They have creche with extended timings that will make my professional life easier.
They are providing the biggest clubhouse and have seperate gyms.
Overall great expectations and overall great experience as of now.
