The project consists of multiple towers named Aster, Eden, Blossom, Falcon, Casper, and Grace with center balconies and sundecks. The towers have floors ranging from ground to 40th floor with various apartment sizes from 1350 sqft to 2880 sqft. The apartments feature spacious layouts with center balconies or sundecks, multiple bedrooms, living and dining areas, kitchens, utility spaces, and balconies. The project includes extensive amenities such as sports courts (tennis, basketball, volleyball, futsal), swimming pools, kids pool, party lawn, amphitheater, skating rink, yoga deck, gym, children’s play area, and landscaped lawns. The design emphasizes walkways, cycle tracks, and green spaces for a community-centric living experience.
